Does it have to plugged straight into the PS3 or can it be plugged into speakers connected to the system?

here is my review of the logitech G930. This is an awesome headset that i recommend to anyone wanting a wireless headset!

As requested Mic Check of the Corsair Vengeance 1500! The mic cancels a lot of background noise. Doesn’t have any vocal base but don’t expect that from a boom mic attached to a headset.

Astro A40 Gaming Headset is a high quality pair of headphones and boom microphone.

I know its been a while because I was doing a lot more vids on my other youtube account. But here it is my setup of my PS3 on my Samsung PX2370 with the Logitech X540 speakers and the TurtleBeach EarForce P21 Headset. Play around with the setup because thats how I compiled this crazy thing but anyways this PS3 is not hooked up in my room but is generally connected to my other TV and plus I don’t play video games anymore except watch movies on the ps3.

I plugged in my headset into a USB port on my laptop, all of the drivers installed, but the sound still comes out of the laptop’s speakers when the headphones are plugged in and nothing comes out of the headset. The laptop does recognize that the headset is plugged in.

I am having intermittent skipping in audio playback with my g930 headset. I don’t know how to fix it! I checked all of the forums and they say to disable the on board sound in the bios, but it didn’t work for me. I also made sure that is was the headphones that were having the problem and not something else, because I can play sound through my speakers without a problem.

I’m stumped! If anyone can help me I would be very grateful!
